Return Policy
Return Policy you may return unused merchandise, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of your original purchase from our website. Instant Wall Decor will process a credit to your credit card less original shipping and handling, 10% restocking fee, and return freight. You must follow the Returns process below to receive your credit.
Returns
To request a return, email us at info@instantwalldecor.com to request a return authorization number. Please be sure to include your order number with your email!
Upon acceptance of your return request, a return authorization number will be issued, Please include, within the return packaging, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted.Merchandise can be returned (via the shipper of your choice) to the following address:

Once we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RA number, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping fee. Products must be returned within 60 days of an issued RA in order to be eligible for credit.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
We stand by our products! Instant Wall Decor will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the return process above to request replacement merchandise. There is no restocking fee for defective or damaged merchandise, and in most cases we won't ask you to send anything back to us.
