Shipping Policy
Instant Wall Decor is proud of our quick shipping! However, because most orders ship within 36 hours, there is sometimes a very narrow window in which you can make changes to your order. If you need to make a change, please email us immediately. We cannot always process order modification requests.
Please see below for specific shipping policies for each region.
United States
If you are using a PO box as your shipping address, UPS cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. Please note that we are not able to provide tracking information for orders shipping via USPS.
Canada
In order to serve our customers better, and to avoid costly brokerage fees, we have changed our Canadian shipping policy effective January 2010. Please read carefully.
Shipments to Canada are subject to additional shipping & handling fees and 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Canadian orders are processed and shipped within three business days. Brokerage fees will no longer be charged on any shipments originating from us. Customers are still responsible for any PST (Provincial Sales Tax) charges that may be applicable to their order.
International Customers
Because we are always expanding our distribution network overseas, and shipping globally can cost a small fortune, speaking to a retailer in your country is always much more economical for our international customers. Our international distributors can help you find a retailer in your area who may already have the items you are looking for in stock! Email us with your country and city, and we will send you the contact information for the distributor in your country. (The distributor will then assist you in locating our products in your area.)
Please note that, due to licensing restrictions, Instant Wall Decor cannot ship a great majority of products featuring licensed characters (found in the "Popular Characters" section of this website) overseas. If you are searching for a specific brand or character, please ask us if it is available in your country before contacting a local dealer.
Backorders and Special Orders
If a product on our website is labeled as backordered, that means we are waiting for it to be reprinted. All backorder dates are estimated, and actual arrival and delivery dates may vary. If a backordered product is included in your order, we will hold your order until it can be completed. If you would prefer not to wait on backordered products, please place two separate orders.
While we do our best to keep customers informed of backorders or items with low inventory, sometimes our products sell so fast that it's hard to keep up! If you're concerned about an item's expected arrival date, feel free to email us before placing your order. We're always happy to check on these things for you!
